Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından gerçekleştirilen bilgilendirmede, 52 internet sitesinin, Türkiye’de yerleşik şahıslara yönelik şekilde internet üzerinden yurtdışında kaldıraçlı faaliyetler yaptırıldığının tespit edildiği açıklandı.
Kapatma kararı alınan internet siteleri
Söz konusu açıklamada, adresleri açıklanan internet sitelerine erişimin durdurulması adına Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu’nun 99’uncu maddesinin dördüncü maddesi gereğince yapılması gereken hukuki işlemlerin sağlanması yönünde karar alındığı aktarıldı.
